Started in 1992 with a vision to redefine architecture and planning we are thriving on since to build a better architectural world and now we have become one of the most revered architectural firms in the country. Our unique multi-disciplinary approach is the reason for creation of some of the most iconic buildings across India in addition to our commitment to execute excellent designs through innovation and sustainability. The firm prides itself on unique design concept and bold execution, while remaining responsive to the clients’ diverse requirements, solutions are crafted appropriately to the needs of each client. Our founding members Mr. Rahul & Kapil Desai have dedicated their work life to commitment and extraordinary thinking. With their leadership the firm has evolved with changing times and with a young work force, guided by experienced professionals in the core team. Our wide experience pans major government administrative and vip circuit houses, district sports complex, coastal tourism development, institutional along with corporate projects, private buildings, offices, hotels, hospitals, residential and commercial spaces with having pride being part of some heritage and conservation work.

Our design excellence has been acclaimed by the many awards and citations it has received. Client satisfaction has always been the firm’s principle objective – its success measured by the fact that 80% of our projects originate from loyal clients. It has consciously chosen to remain a unique design firm undertaking selected projects at a time. This helps the firm stay focused on the work at hand, paying attention to detail and be accessible to the client at all times. The firm evaluates wide-ranging ideas from the client, the project team and the consultants. This is made possible by our highly-efficient infrastructure within its own two – storied office building in the heart of the city Kolhapur, which houses multiple teams working collaboratively on several projects. The skilled and collaborative workforce of 11 in-house architects, 3 interior designers, 3D visualiser and 7 civil engineers, 4 project coordinators is well – supported by competent structural and service consultants. Our in – house MEPF team (Mechanical, Engineering, Plumbing and Firefighting) work closely with the architects and interior designers to deliver comprehensive Project Management Consultancy services to each project.
