Our unique multi-disciplinary approach is the reason for creation of some of the most iconic buildings across India in addition to our commitment to execute excellent designs through innovation and sustainability. The firm prides itself on unique design concept and bold execution, while remaining responsive to the clients’ diverse requirements, solutions are crafted appropriately to the needs of each client. The rapid growth, massive body of completed work and impressive clientele bear testimony to the firm’s commitment to produce the best in every project commissioned. Our founding members Mr. Rahul & Kapil Desai have dedicated their work life to commitment and extraordinary thinking. With their leadership the firm has evolved with changing times and with a young work force, guided by experienced professionals in the core team. Our wide experience pans major government administrative and vip circuit houses, district sports complex, coastal tourism development, institutional along with corporate projects, private buildings, offices, hotels, hospitals, residential and commercial spaces with having pride being part of some heritage and conservation work.
Our design excellence has been acclaimed by the many awards and citations it has received. Client satisfaction has always been the firm’s principle objective – its success measured by the fact that 80% of our projects originate from loyal clients. It has consciously chosen to remain a unique design firm undertaking selected projects at a time. This helps the firm stay focused on the work at hand, paying attention to detail and be accessible to the client at all times. The firm evaluates wide-ranging ideas from the client, the project team and the consultants. This is made possible by our highly-efficient infrastructure within its own two – storied office building in the heart of the city Kolhapur, which houses multiple teams working collaboratively on several projects. The skilled and collaborative workforce of 11 in-house architects, 3 interior designers, 3D visualiser and 7 civil engineers, 4 project coordinators is well – supported by competent structural and service consultants. Our in – house MEPF team (Mechanical, Engineering, Plumbing and Firefighting) work closely with the architects and interior designers to deliver comprehensive Project Management Consultancy services to each project.

Rahul Desai has completed his Diploma Civil from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in “One of the most valued aspects of our work is the business knowledge”,says Mr.Rahul.We are proud for maintaining the estimated cost of the project up to the completion of work.He aims to provide holistic designs to clients, that not only reflects the firm’s design aesthetic but also expresses the client’s personality. These ideologies are reflected in the extensive work done by the firm since its inception.

Kapil Desai graduated from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in 2000. Mr Kapil strongly believes that Sustainability is a straightforward baseline to any good design solution. Architecture should be in response to climate, location, cost effective with eco-friendly materials.Each design should be futuristic and modular in today’s world. Inter locking of indoor outdoor spaces enhances to create its own identity as a space.

A significant milestone was achieved in 2013 when our apartment project GURUPADMA received the CREDAI State Award for Best Innovative Design. The project was recognized for its unique staggered terrace concept that encouraged face-to-face interaction among residents across floors and neighboring apartments, promoting a stronger sense of community while bringing residents closer to nature.
In the same year, our project GANASINDHU was awarded Best Flats within 1500 sq. ft. Our journey of excellence continued when BRAHMANANDA received the Best Innovative Design Award at the CREDAI State CARE Awards in 2015.

Founded in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventeen as the Architectural Students Association, renamed in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty two The Bombay Architectural Association and subsequently incorporated as The Indian Institute of Architects and registered on Second September One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Nine under the Socities Registration Act, XXI of 1860, for the Encouragement of the Study of Architecture and for promoting the interest of the Architectural Profession throughout India.
